South West Grounds Maintenance offers complete property maintenance packages to keep you and your business stress-free all year-round. All packages start off with the basic maintenance requirements, which include grass cutting, trimming and litter cleanup in summer, and snow clearing and ice melter in the winter. Additional property cleanup is also done in the spring and fall.

AUTUMN
A full cleanup of the property takes place again in the fall before it snows ensuring leaves are cleaned up and properties are winterized.
WINTER
Don't be caught unprepared when the snow falls. We are fully equipped and monitor weather patterns and conditions hourly. With our 24/7 radio dispatch services, we are always prepared to respond in a quick and professional manner. Offsite snow removal, salt boxes, and your choice of seasonal or per time contract are also available.
SPRING
Our grounds maintenance professionals will do a full cleanup of all properties in the Spring after the snow melts to make certain any debris laft over from the winter months is removed and your property is ready for summer.
SUMMER
We will look after mowing the lawns weekly, as well as garbage clean up. Over seeding, weed control, shrub and tree trimming are also offered. Our services vary to meet all your needs and requirements.
